In the first bit of community support for PIVOTE the University of Plymouth has ported the PIVOTE Controller to Open Si - within a week of the open-source release. Great work guys. Maged Kamel Boulos announcement is below.

"Hi David, we have ported PIVOTE to OpenSim: http://osurl.org/grid.newworldgrid.com:8002/Eleniel/58/45/33   I would be happy to write a joint paper with you about this for the JVWR, and also host an event/workshop about it in OpenSim (I can have a full OpenSim region set up for this purpose)."

"We haven’t yet decided on which specific examples we are going to run on our PIVOTE port on the New World Grid, but chose two main application areas for this purpose and I am also offering our ported objects at no cost to NWG residents. Please feel free to announce this and include the OSurl I sent you earlier this morning."
